Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Incognitify Cloud (the "Service"), operated by Udooku LLC ("Udooku", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Incognitify Cloud masks sensitive data in your prompts before they are sent to a third-party large language model ("LLM") provider, and restores it in the response. You connect your own provider API keys ("Bring Your Own Key"). The Service is a risk-reduction tool, not a guarantee of privacy or regulatory compliance.

2. Accounts and organizations

You are responsible for the activity under your account and organization, for keeping your credentials secure, and for the roles and permissions you grant to members you invite.

3. Bring Your Own Key

You are solely responsible for your provider API keys, for all usage and charges incurred with Anthropic, OpenAI, or any other provider, and for complying with those providers' terms. We act only as a proxy that masks and forwards your requests using the keys you supply.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to violate any law, infringe others' rights, or attempt to circumvent provider safeguards. You remain responsible for the content you submit and the outputs you rely on.

5. No warranty

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Automated detection is imperfect and may miss sensitive values or mask non-sensitive ones; you should review masked output before relying on it. We do not warrant that the Service is error-free or that it makes your use of any LLM compliant with GDPR, HIPAA, or any other regime.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Udooku LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for provider charges incurred through your keys.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be communicated through the Service.
